Six push lanes through AI finance management.

Each lane is a self-contained vocational skills course run at the push desk in Tai Seng. Fees are shown in Singapore dollars and include studio time, materials, and access to the AI tools we practise with. Lanes are sequential in difficulty but you may join any lane that matches the work in front of you. Every lane follows the same four-stage rhythm — Observe, Practice, Plan, Prove — so the craft compounds across the programme.

Wealth AI Push Foundations

The grounding lane for everyone new to the push desk. You will map how finance management work actually flows — from source documents to budgets, reports and decisions — and learn where AI tools genuinely help versus where they add risk. We rehearse the four-stage rhythm on small, real tasks so it becomes second nature: observe a movement, practise it with your own numbers, plan how you will repeat it, and prove you can explain it. By the end you have a personal finance-work map and a calm, honest routine to build on. This is the lexicon-setting module that later lanes assume.

AI Tools for Budget-Ready Work

A practical lane on using everyday assistants — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and comparable tools — to make budget work faster without making it sloppier. You will practise prompting for structure, drafting budget narratives, tidying messy exports, and turning rough notes into a workable draft. Crucially, you will build the habit of reading AI output like an editor: reconciling every figure, questioning assumptions, and keeping a clear trail of what the model produced and what you verified. The guided planning module here leaves you with reusable prompts and a checking routine you trust for budget-ready work.

Expense & Invoice Workflows at the Desk

This lane turns the everyday mess of receipts, claims and invoices into a workflow that reconciles cleanly. You will design a capture-to-reconciliation path, practise categorising and matching entries, and set up AI-assisted checks that flag the anomalies worth a human look. We work with realistic, anonymised document sets at the push desk so the practice mirrors an ordinary finance week. You leave with a documented expense-and-invoice workflow — templates, a review cadence, and an honest audit trail — that you can hand to a teammate and run without you in the room.

Reporting & Forecast Hygiene with AI

Reports and forecasts rot quietly: stale figures, drifting assumptions, and summaries no one can trace. This lane teaches the hygiene that keeps them trustworthy. You will practise structuring a monthly report, refreshing a rolling forecast, and using AI to summarise and explain — without letting it invent numbers it was never given. We drill the discipline of source-linking every claim and versioning your assumptions. The portfolio proof workshop element means you build a real report and forecast pair you can present, defend, and reuse as a template for your own organisation.

Cash-Flow & Operations Decision Support

The most senior of the taught lanes. Here you learn to read cash position and operational signals well enough to support a real decision with a plan rather than a hunch. You will build a simple cash-flow view, run sensitivity checks, and prepare decision notes that a manager or client can act on. AI tools help draft scenarios and plain-language briefings, and you practise stress-testing their logic before you rely on it. This is calm operational clarity applied to pressure moments — the point where finance skills earn their keep. You leave with a decision-support pack you can adapt.

Wealth Capstone — Finance Skills Portfolio Experience

The closing experience that ties the programme together. Over a guided build you assemble a finance skills portfolio drawn from your own work across the lanes — a budget, a workflow, a report-and-forecast pair, and a decision-support note — each one documented and defensible. You rehearse presenting it, take questions from facilitators and peers, and refine it into something you can show a manager, a client, or a hiring panel. This portfolio proof workshop is the honest proof we care about: not a certificate, but a body of work you can walk anyone through with confidence.

Bundles & corporate

Take the lanes together, or bring a team.

Individual learners can enrol lane by lane or take the full programme as a bundle at a reduced combined fee. Employers can commission a private cohort at the studio, or a scoped selection of lanes tailored to a finance or operations team. All bundle and corporate fees are quoted in SGD after a short scoping conversation.

Whatever the shape, the promise is the same: push-lane practice with real tasks, honest checks on AI output, and calm operational clarity your people can carry back to their desks.
