These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at wealthaipush.life and your enrolment in any training, clinic, workshop or studio hire provided by Wealth AI Push Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202996273K), a company incorporated in Singapore with its studio at 18 Tai Seng Street, #02-05, Singapore 539775 ("Wealth AI Push", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of our services

Wealth AI Push provides vocational skills training in AI-supported finance management. Our programmes teach the practical craft of budgeting, expense and invoice workflows, reporting and forecast hygiene, and cash-flow decision support, using common AI tools as assistants. Our services are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, accounting services, tax advice, or any regulated financial service, and nothing we provide should be relied upon as such.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

We are committed to honest expectations. Wealth AI Push does not promise, guarantee or represent that you will earn any income, achieve any investment return, obtain employment, or reach any particular financial result from attending our training. Any examples, practice stories or composite scenarios shared during training or on this website are illustrative only and are not a prediction or guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances, which are outside our control.

3. Brand meaning clauses

To avoid any misunderstanding about our name and branding:

  • The domain wealthaipush.life is used purely as branding for our training studio. The ".life" suffix carries no implication of lifestyle guarantees, life coaching, or personal outcomes.
  • The word "Wealth" in our name denotes process clarity — the calm and confidence that come from managing finance work well. It does not denote riches, and it is not a promise of wealth accumulation.
  • The word "Push" denotes learning momentum — the forward motion of practising a skill until it holds. It does not denote pressure, and it is expressly not an income, earnings or "earn" programme. Wealth AI Push is distinct from, and unrelated to, any offering marketed as "Earn AI Push" or similar.
  • Our slogan and lexicon (the "push desk", "push lanes", "portfolio proof workshop", and similar) describe our teaching method and carry no financial promise.

4. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a responsible adult or your employer, to enrol. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for lanes and services are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Fees are set out on our Programmes and Services pages or in a written quotation for corporate bookings. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Your place in a cohort is confirmed only once we have received payment or an agreed deposit, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

We understand that plans change. Our standard policy for individual enrolments is as follows, unless a different policy is stated for a specific service:

  • Cancel at least seven (7) days before the lane start date: full refund, or free transfer to a later run.
  • Cancel within seven (7) days of the start date: a transfer to a later run may be offered where the cohort allows; refunds are at our discretion.
  • Non-attendance without notice: no refund, though we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a lane — for example, if minimum enrolment is not met — in which case you will be offered a transfer or a full refund of fees paid for that lane. Corporate bookings are governed by the cancellation terms in the relevant quotation or agreement.

7. Your responsibilities during training

You agree to use our training, materials and studio respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your own data and accounts. Because our training involves AI tools, you agree not to enter confidential, sensitive or third-party personal data into those tools during exercises, and to use anonymised or sample data as we direct. You remain responsible for verifying any output produced with AI assistance; we teach verification precisely because AI tools can be inaccurate.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our training materials — including text, layout, graphics, the Wealth AI Push name and marks, and the structure of our programmes — is owned by or licensed to Wealth AI Push and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use materials provided to you for your own learning and internal reference, but you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them, or run competing training based on them, without our prior written consent. Work that you create during training remains yours.

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair the site or others' use of it. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website without notice where necessary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth AI Push shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, income, savings, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that service.

11. Third-party tools and links

Our training references third-party AI tools and may link to external sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data under Singapore's PDPA.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Material changes will apply to bookings made after the change takes effect; your continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any right to refer a dispute to mediation or another agreed form of resolution.
